Jaawan isa 2023 Indian Hindi- language action thriller film co-written and directed by Atlee , marking Atlee's debut Hindi film. [3] Itis produced by Gauri Khan and Gaurav Verma under Red Chillies Entertainment . The film stars Shah Rukh Khan as a father and son look-alike, who work together to reform corruption in the society. Nayanthara , Vijay Sethupathi , Deepika Padukone (making a special appearance), Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra appear in supporting roles

 

Shooting of the film began in September 2021 and concluded in February 2023 with filming taking place  coinciding with Janmashtami. Jaawan will be the first Pan India film to be released by Bollywood. ^[5] On the 18th day of its release, Jawan touched the Rs 1000 crore mark. It is the third Indian film and Bollywood film to do so. With this, Shahrukh Khan became the only actor who has two 1000 crore films in his name.
